In a medium bowl add dried dates and cover with water.
Wait 8 hours.
Rinse dates.
Place them in a blender and process until creamy paste.
Transfer it to a bowl and add coconut oil, with a spoon fold until incorporated.
Add cocoa powder, a little at a time.
Grease hands and a teaspoon.
Shape paste into balls and to finalize rolling on pumpkin seeds or cacau nibs, goji berries or even cocoa powder.
If paste is not firm enough to shape refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Serve it cold or room temperature.
Notes
After refrigerated you can stack balls in a container fitted with lid.
